Christiansborg Palace is a palace and government building located on Slotsholmen island in Copenhagen center of Denmark. Christiansborg Palace is important because it is the first place where the city was founded. Inside the palace, the parliament houses the royal reception rooms, the barn and the kitchen, as well as the ruins of two old castles.
